Modest Elderly
"Modest Elderly" is a mod that prevents the elderly females from being nude, if using mods that alter the female NPCs bodies. It also forces clothing the elderly wear by default, to be left unaffected by mods that alter clothing meshes.
"Modest Elderly" only affects the Elderly Race, however no edits were made to the race or any NPCs to ensure compatibility with other mods. That means you can still use mods that alter race and NPC's.

Is this mod compatible with (mod that changes NPCs appearance)?
YES! This mod does not alter any NPCs, so FaceGenData is left unaffected.
If using (Body Mod of your choice) are the elderly affected?
NO! The elderly will continue to use the vanilla body meshes.
If using (Body Texture of your choice) are the elderly affected?
YES! The elderly will use the new skin textures, however will remain in underwear.
If using (Mod that alters clothing meshes) are the elderly affected?
NO! The elderly will use the vanilla clothing meshes.
If using (Mod that alters clothing textures) are the elderly affected?
YES! The elderly will benefit from those high resolution textures!
