Sadly this seems busted with a recent patch. It hampers framerate badly in some spots, and in certain places, it makes lighting go on/off like a switch. For example, standing just outside Angeline's Aromatics in Solitude, beneath the wood protruding from her house, stepping near and back from the door makes the world brigth/dark like a switch.
Hope you don't mind my posting the link here, but I've made a version that is compatible with RCRN, Climates of Tamriel, and Realistic Lighting. I've also made a second option to disable adaptation completely.
This mod is probably my favorite all across the nexus. It's still there, but it's so toned down that I literally never notice it. But it does have a drawback in that it disables Encryption's Exaggerated Depth of Field. If anyone knows of a way to make that work with this mod, please let me know!
