Fixes the rare problem with Throat of the world quest not starting. That there is no way to talk to Arngeir about the *SPOILER* dragonrend shout or that it doesn't give you option to do that.

After normal installation just type in "setstage mq204 10" in the console and if your installing this on skyrim(2011) This mod is for both SE and Original and uploaded for both on both pages for easier download
you may not have to type that in but do it either way.

Installation:
Use NMM as usual and activate the mod OR
manually drop the esp file in the Data folder

Patch notes:
1.0 1/1 2017: Finishing the patch for use.
1.1 1/1 2017: Trying to fix the issue, its not as common as before.

Known issues:
(SAVE BEFORE TYPING IN ANY COMMANDS)
That Arngeir still doesn't have the option to speak about dragon rend and the fix is to type "setstage mq204 200"
this will finish the quest as you'll find another problem with Paarthurnax not spawning but if you want to try type in "setstage mq204 83" 
do not type this if you have already typed in "setstage mq204 200"

but as you don't get clear skies shout because of this problem type following in the console "player.teachword 3CD31" "player.teachword 3CD32" "player.teachword 3CD33" and then to unlock them not using dragons souls "player.unlockword 3cd31" "player.unlockword 3cd32" "player.unlockword 3cd33"

Upcoming: Fixing that the issue above so it does not appear.
