This adds Magelight Arrows to the game it's as simple as that shoot the arrow and it will illuminate its targeted area. 
The illumination effect is on the arrow itself and as such your arrows will need to be recovered to remove the light source.
The arrows can be acquired via the steel smithing tab, requires steel arrows and blue mountain flowers.
