The goal of this mod is to edit the races to be more diverse in their traits, by editing their attributes, racials powers, and racial passives

2*) Weakness to Magicka 25% (Used the Oblivion weakness value as the Morrowind one was quite extreme, as they received double damage from fire, and +75% damage from shock and ice)

3*) Saxhleel Scales (50 Armour rating boost)
