this mod adds a spell, thats mainly a joke but should be in the game.
this spell paralyses the target while you aim and cast the spell at them and does 2 points of damage a second once you stop casting the target will get up in 5 seconds and will keep being electrocuted for another 10 seconds

installation
to install you just place the  .esp file into the data file in your skyrim directory and enable in the skyrim launcher   or use the download manager for MM or NMM


how to get the spell
you will need to go into the command console and type   player.addspell 12000d64     and it should add the spell into your destruction magic tab.

if it doesnt work  check the code you typed in and make sure you typed it right 

if it sill doesnt work  then type   help taz    and a few things should come up in the console    
look for the one that says  SPEL : ( code ) 'tazer'     after that you  
type  player.addspell  (then type the ^ ) and you should have your spell
