About this mod

Fixes the Huterborn Botany perk so it works in conjunction with other items/perks which affect the number of revealed alchemical ingredient effects.

I made this mod for my own use, but others may find it useful, so I am posting it on the Nexus.

Hunterborn's foraging skill has a hidden perk called Botany.  Once your forage skill is level 6, you can reveal 2 alchemical ingredient effects, at level 8, you can reveal 3 ingredient effects, and at level 10, you can reveal all 4 effects.  The issue that everyone has with the forage skill in Hunterborn is that it overrides the benefits granted by other perks like those found in the Ordinator Alchemy tree.  This causes you to miss out when consuming alchemy ingredients that should reveal additional effects due to other skills/perks.

To address this, I changed the way the Botany perks work.  Instead of setting a hard reveal effect at each skill level break, I simply have it add +1 reveal when reaching level 6 foraging, and an additional +1 reveal upon reaching level 8.  At level 10, I left it as it was with a hard set of 4 revealed effects since that is the max.  This does have a downside of stacking with any other methods of increasing the number of effects revealed when consuming an alchemical ingredient, but felt this was more desirable than having it limited, or having to not use foraging with Hunterborn to avoid the issue.

This "mod" only edits one record, so should cause no issues with any other mods.  I did make this with Ordinator in mind, but there are no dependencies other than Hunterborn, so it should be compatible with any other perk overhauls.

The Hunterborn mod author is aware of the Botany perk issue, and hopefully will have this fixed in the next version of Hunterborn. (This mod was made for Hunterborn 1.5.)

p.s.  So far, I only dabble with the CK and TES5Edit, so hopefully this works as expected.  Let me know if you run into any issues with this tweak.
