About this mod
An instruction file that gives you camera settings to modify the position of the camera both in and out of combat. The settings reflect a better third person perspective camera.

Instructions
Add the following to the Skyrim.ini file, easiest to add it to the bottom of the file.

fOverShoulderAddY=0.0000
fOverShoulderPosZ=10.0000
fOverShoulderPosX=70.0000
fOverShoulderCombatAddY=10.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosZ=10.0000
fOverShoulderCombatPosX=50.0000
Skyrim.ini for me is located here: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Skyrim
Save the file, and start Skyrim. The settings won't take effect immediately.
You will need to go into Third Person View and sheath/unsheath for the changes to take place.
AddY modifies the distance the camera is from the character.
PosZ modifies the height of the camera
PosX modifies how far left or right the camera is.
IMPORTANT
Because I have a lot of mods that make Skyrim such a beautiful place,
I like to keep as much of the screen as clear as possible, so 70 for
PosX may be too much for your liking, this WILL cut half the character
off the screen to the left.
So you may want to change it 50 or 60.
UNINSTALL
Just open up Skyrim.ini and delete the camera settings added.
Next time you play Skyrim, sheath/unsheath to revert the camera settings.
