About this mod

La Valette from The Witcher 2 replaces the Imperial Legion and Solitude guards, with various new armor pieces for said factions. No original Imperial/Guard armors are replaced, only leveled lists.

Permissions and credits

!!! New game must be started before mod will work. No armors are replaced, only leveled lists. !!!

If you're doing an old save and want to make 30 days pass quickly to use the mod without making a new save, go into the console and type:

set timescale to 3600000

Days should pass in seconds. Then go back and type:

set timescale to 20

20 is the default timescale setting in Skyrim. So as it seems, you don't necessarily need to start a new game unless you want the lists updated immediately without manually passing time.

This mod replaces the leveled lists of all Imperial Legion soldiers, as well as Solitude
Guards. Various new armor pieces are added to such leveled lists.

La Valette is a faction from CD Projekt RED's The Witcher 2, a barony and fiefdom within the Kingdom of Temeria which seceded and declared independency from rule of King Foltest due to a scandal surrounding the legitimacy of Maria Louisa la Valette's children. Aryan la Valette during this period is the commander of all La Valette's forces. Ultimately, the Barony la Valette was reclaimed by Temeria after the month-long siege of its capital castle.

UPDATE V1.1:

La Valette levy and footknight textures edited to match those actually seen within The Witcher 2. Old version still available if preferred

_____

-9 helmets added to lists, all with edited textures or meshes
-8 armor pieces added to lists, also with edited textures and/or meshes
-6 collective and corresponding gauntlet/greave/glove/boot pieces added to lists
-3 separate shields added to lists
-In addition, all Imperial soldiers have been renamed accordingly to befit the faction change.

Credits go primarily to CD Projekt RED, as all ported models and base textures are originated from The Witcher 2.
Whichever various custom textures which have been added were created by myself.
