Step 1: Find Skyrim Directory go into data then video
(for most its C:\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\Data\Video)
Step 2:Copy the BGS_Logo.bik file into the folder Overwrite when needed.
(I would suggest backing up the original file.)
