Oasis is located in a hidden valley  south of Markarth, accessed through a mountain pass.  The property is located in it's own worldspace, so it shouldn't conflict with anything.  Requires Dawnguard and Hearthfire.

Features:

     - No loading doors

     - Exterior doors close automatically

     - Interior and exterior lights turn on at night and off during the day

     - Compatible with Frostfall

     - All vanilla crafting stations and an oven

     - Bathtub with auto-strip for npcs

     - 6 bookshelves

     - Guest room for 1 follower

     - 6 hearthfire planting soils



Notes:

     - Your horse will not follow you into the Oasis (there is no way to force a horse through a loading door), but there is a horse marker and hitching post
        outside the entrance.

     - The automatic lights may not turn on the first night - just give it 24 hours and they will work properly.

     - When standing up after sitting on one of the floor pillows, your character will hover just above the pillow until you move.  I currently have no solution
        for this, sorry.
