1.1 update for "Always Clear Weather" - Due to weird "save" bug in CK Whiterun, Dragonsreach and Windhelm weather changes didnt save in CK. I fixed that now.

For those who don't like fucking snow. I made 2 versions as you will see in file names.

First one adjust weather to have these percentages:
50% clear weather
20% rain storm
20% rain overcast
10% fog

Second one is Always clear weather which uses only clear weather types for that particular zone ( There are different types of clear weather )

USE ONLY ONE MOD OBVIOUSLY

You may need to travel to completely different part of map to trigger changes. Don't jump back here writing it doesn't work if you didnt travel far from your save spot and waited a day, though im not sure if you need to wait. 

Compatibility:
This mod alters "Weather" tab in "Regions" by removing any other weather types except clear weather types for that particular region. There are still more than 10 different clear weather types so its not boring :P. I just removed fog, rain snow etc. Check out Winterhold or Raven Rock now :)
