Tyranus can be found in the Winking Skeever in solitude. At the moment there is no quest marker pointing to his house but it's location is shown in one of the pictures or it can be teleported to using COC CAOMHouseInterior. This mod is in very early stages and will have much more added to it. At the moment it only adds a fairly bare bones follower with a tiny bit of story. I would recommend only playing this at the moment if you are willing to provide feedback, this would be greatly appreciated.
