The Witches Festival

"Tamriel's ancient autumn tradition, The Witches Festival, arrives on the 13th of Frostfall, and so begins
an annual clash of sorcery and religion. For the remainder of the month, demonologists, conjurors, lamias, warlocks, and
thaumaturgists will convene in secret locations throughout the wilds of Tamriel to engage in all manner
of incantations, invocations, and conjurations, and the profane creatures
they create or summon may plague Tamriel for eons!
"

Description:
A simple little Hallow's Eve mod that tries to add a bit of the Witches Festival (the Elder Scrolls' equivalent of Halloween) into the forests near Shor's Stone and Autumn Shade Clearing. The mod mainly adds a pumpkin patch, pumpkins, a scarecrow costume and two new enemies from Elder Scrolls Online's Halloween event.

You can rid the Cursed Pumpkin Patch of the spectre that plagues it and receive a new conjuration spell book from its remains. You can then go after the witch responsible for cursing the pumpkin patch and gain an enchanted amulet from her that will make you look like a scarecrow, as well as her little hut for personal use.

The mod may be updated in the future or next Hallow's Eve. Only time will tell.

Recommended Mods:
Some mods I'd recommend to enhance the Halloween vibe.

Epic Halloween Overhaul by Tentain Shade

Halloween In Skyrim - Even More Pumpkins by Deandra

FUTOSHI's Creepy zombies

Compatibility:
This mod may not be compatible with mods that edit the area between Shor's Stone and Autumn Shade Clearing. No crashes may occur but you may get floating pumpkins.

Mod is also not compatible with our other mod Beasts of Tamriel, as the pumpkin patch in this mod is already included in BoT.

Known Issues:
The Scarecrow costume still has a few issues to work out in 1st person mode and it still needs to be made to look more like its spectral counterpart.
