I created another mod and will be compatible with this mod Bounty Hunter Followers
Just like the famous Bounty Quest giver Hoth by hothtrooper44
Voth gives randomly Bounty Quest base on the quest of Jarl's Stewards, he gives it randomly sometimes he give sometimes he dont.
Voth will gives you the reward after you do his quest.
He is also a professional 2 Handed Weapon with perks.

If you want to test if Voth really gives bounty quest just reload your save game until he gives a quest.
After many test it appears that Voth gives only quest when you are anywhere within whiterun hold
because he is located on whiterun

I create this mod because I want a follower who will give me bounty quests.
My plan is I would only use this for my personal use but maybe other's would like it so I upload it.
