Personally, I would love to see your screenshots of Alli (Or whatever you named her. I guess she's a little bi-polar with names.) Images won't be pending, so freely send them in!
The weird thing is - I believe I do have SKSE. I had to back up my skyrim game completely but kept everything in mod loader including SKSE. I have plenty of mods that require SKSE and my game runs fine.
You need to look in your steam folder,steam apps/common/skyrim/data/(etc). Some mod managers move these files so it appeas you only have the vanilla files installed. Do a file search using windows for "SKSE" if that is the case.

if so u need to track ur racemenu mod in the list and put it in the directories mentioned.
