If you're installing it manually, just go into your Data folder, press Ctrl + F and search for all files with "malehead" and "femalehead" and remove them, the game will automatically revert to default faces the next time you launch Skyrim
Okay, so you like to break immersion, that's alright, but how dare you insult reality by saying that this has anything to do with "realistic"? Why do people always redesign faces and make them so lore-immersion-reality-unfriendly? You really don't see what you've created? You're in an ancient/medieval (fantasy) world, so people aren't going to have smooth faces like this. Not ever. Not even if they wash 5x a day, their faces will be rough and scarred by the harsh world they live in. Not even people in our reality AND time have as smooth faces as are these. It's horrible.
(sure, don't like it, don't respond, don't download.. But if you didn't put the word "realistic" in the description, I wouldn't have even opened the mod)
It is a FANTASY world, so how can you claim that faces can not be smooth in fantasy world? Maybe in this FANTASY world, living in harsh conditions gives people smooth faces?
I noticed a lot of people in the comments not being happy with the neck seam because the face textures don't mesh well with most body textures.
This little mod should help with that: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/91993?tab=description.
I used it to replace the SOS body textures and that damnable neck seam has completely vanished.
*Edit* Unfortunately the author did not place the dds files in the required folder structure so you have to create them yourself. The body textures go in Textures\Actors\character\male and the genital texture goes in Textures\Actors\character\SOS\Smurf Average (or whatever SOS addon you are using).
