The aim of this mod is to implement scroll crafting into Skyrim. There are many mods that already do this, some with better outcomes but
nearly all either start adding in custom scrolls/spells, only make spell tomes or don't implement the scroll crafting around Skyrim (usually one location or a new location).

That is why I decided to make this mod. Simply put it adds crafting recipes for all Skyrims scrolls.
I am not saying that this mod is better or worse than other crafting mods; I am just wanted to do it my way.

It DOES NOT add in new scrolls, or make scrolls for spells that currently exist. It DOES NOT allow you to craft spell tomes.

An Optional File: Shalidor's Insight allows you to craft the various scrolls of Shalidor's Insight once the corresponding quest has been done.

You can find a scroll crafting station in each of the main holds, either near their court Wizard or in the court wizards room.
These are there locations:

Whiterun: Dragons Reach
Solitude: BLue Palace (In the court wizards room)
Windhelm: Palce of Kings ( In the Court Wizards room)
Markarth: Understone Keep
Winterhold: Arch mage quarters
Winterhold: The Arcanaeum (Library)
Morthal: Falion's House
Solstheim: Tel Mithryn

The lesser holds, apart from Morthal do not have one.

To craft a scroll just walk up to the Scroll Lectern and activate it like you would any other crafting station.

Each scroll requires certain materials to craft, with the cheaper more common scrolls needing just paper and charcoal, some even needed quills while the more expensive/rare scrolls needing rarer materials to craft, some times even ingredients.

ALL SCROLLS REQUIRE YOU TO KNOW THE RELEVANT SPELL.

You will also need the relevant Perk levels to craft the scrolls. I.e If a spell requires you to be adept in destruction then so too will the scroll before it appears in the crafting menu.

I know they can be hard to come by. That is why because of the mods extensive use of charcoal, paper and quills I have made it possible for you to craft
each of these materials as follows:

Charcoal: Crafted at a forge. Requires 1 firewood
Paper: Crafted at the scroll station. Requires one of the following: ruined book (There are two types) or firewood.
Quill: Crafted at a tanning rack. Requires either a hawk feather or Hagraven feather.

Well in this case I found through play testing these certain item were hard to come by. I made the design choice to include a crafting option for them.

These scrolls can only be crafted if the Shalidor Insight quest has been completed.

The reason for the low cost materials is because I feel having to the quest is enough hard work.
