Frostbite Venom is sorely under-powered during the mid-late game in the original Skyrim. This mod attempts to remedy that among adding other alchemy content.
As you level your Alchemy score, this mod allows you to refine more lethal versions of Frostbite Venom, including some special variations that even inflict frenzy and paralysis. You are

Frostbite Alchemy +
As I played the game, I found that Frostbite Venom was under-powered at higher level of game play. This mod seeks to remedy that. In addition I have decided to add a second version of the mod that adds craft-able Elemental Oils that can be applied to weapons.
The Cooking Pot is used to allow you to craft a number of new items based on your alchemy level.

Frostbite Alchemy (v1.0)
Regardless of your alchemy level, you will be able to convert Frostbite Venom into an ingredient called Frostbite Essence. In addition, at Alchemy levels of 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90 you will be able to craft a stronger version of Frostbite Venom as shown below:
25 - Lingering Frostbite Venom (3 damage for 8 seconds)
30 - Weak Frostbite Poison (6 damage for 4 seconds)
40 - Frostbite Poison (7 damage for 4 seconds)
50 - Frostbite Frenzy Poison (2 damage for 10 seconds and frenzy for 10 seconds)
60 - Potent Frostbite Poison (8 damage for 4 seconds)
70 - Virulent Frostbite Poison (9 damage for 4 seconds)
80 - Deadly Frostbite Poison (10 damage for 4 seconds)
90 - Lethal Frostbite Poison (7 damage for 4 seconds and paralysis for 4 seconds)
Frostbite Alchemy + Elemental Weapon Oils (v2.0)
You can now craft Elemental Weapon Oil at cooking pots as well. This requires the use of one Dwemer Oil and one of either Fire, Frost, or Void Salts and it creates two weapon oils at a time. The Alchemy levels that these items can be crafted are 0 (basic weak potions), 30, 45, 60, and 75 as shown below.
0 - Weak Fire Salt Oil
30 - Fire Salt Oil
45 - Potent Fire Salt Oil
60 - Virulent Fire Salt Oil
75 - Deadly Fire Salt Oil
0 - Weak Frost Salt Oil
30 - Frost Salt Oil
45 - Potent Frost Salt Oil
60 - Virulent Frost Salt Oil
75 - Deadly Frost Salt Oil
0 - Weak Void Salt Oil
30 - Void Salt Oil
45 - Potent Void Salt Oil
60 - Virulent Void Salt Oil
