I have zero knowledge of how to make a follower, as myself I am not interested in unvoiced followers generally and would likely not find anyone to voice this one, but I might look into making a regular unvoiced follower using High Elf or Sultry voice, with whatever from the screenshot I can get permission for.
Since this file recieved a few more downloads than honestly I expected I might try for a few more presets also.
