This is simply a Bee Apiary that I had made in Skyrim to have a calmer, quieter house. This mod comes with the house, horse, and plenty of working bee apiaries. There is a little pond and a small amount of mystery around getting the key and horse. Yes, when you see the horse, he is supposed to be dead, but by the message, I am sure you can figure it out from there.

I wanted to make a sort of homage to Sherlock Holmes, one of my favourite characters of all times...and I love bees, and I definitely love Skyrim... so why not put them all together? Plus, there are not many locations in that part of the woods and I always find myself carrying too much with nowhere to put it every time I get around Riften, so it would be the perfect spot. Not to mention that the aspen trees are the most beautiful plants in Skyrim.

Note: In the actual mod, the horse's tail is not as short as seen in the pictures. That is a mod that I use that edits all horses in my game and will not affect your game. Also, this is meant to reference Holmes retiring to the country to tend to bees, so this is not meant to be a family home and is not a house that a spouse or children will move to. This is a player only home.
