It's broken for me and can't uninstall it. Vortex uninstalled it, but its still active, shows in MOD menu. Still forces my 3rd person cam in extreme distance.
hi guys. I just enabled this mod via Vortex. I execute the game and load my last sve. --How do I make mod´s options, to pop-up on screen? there is no Hotkey indications in mod´s main page. In addition, in my mod configuration list, this mod is not listed.. what is wrong?
This is extremely useful for making cinematics and also exploring some unvisited areas. I don't know why people are having issues but for me works just fine! Installed using Vortex.

Mod just doesn't works anymore. Tried reinstalling and disabling-activating again with saving between. Nope. It just got broken i think. I press assigned button and it doesn't do anything. Like i've never installed the mod. It was just working perfectly 1 month ago. Decided to play Skyrim again but this time, it doesn't works. I've moved it to last of load order, still nothing. Help me! I want to take great screenshots again!
I'm not 100% sure this will work for you. Try uninstalling/reinstalling SKYUI 5.1. I was having problems with mods not showing correctly in MCM, this one included. I use Utopium's Utility Pack, that has Better Free Camera in it. Hope it helps.
I have the same problem :( Better Camera just stopped working. Reinstalled SkyUI and also changed to use the all in one Mod. No Change... No single function of the mod works :(
Some of Better Free Camera stopped working for me too. I could still take screen shots, but camera speed stopped working. Not 100% sure this will work for you. I use Mod Organizer. For me UtopiumAPI.dat is in SKSE overwrites/SKSE/plugins. I created new folder and cut/paste UtopiumAPI.dat into it. I didn't want to delete it just in case it messes up. Started Skyrim and camera is working again. Saved game and restarted and is still working. UtopiumAPI.dat was rewritten and in overwrite folder. I have a SKSE overwrites folder and moved it into it. Don't blame me if your computer implodes. :)
my mouse wont work anymore. only in menus will it work. tried the unstuck option. tried to restart a game or load an earlier save, which usually works, but now it won't work at all in game.
Edit : Problem resolved. I have delete the ControlMap_Custom.txt. Need to reconfigs keys in game after but mouse work now. I also have check game files integrity by Steam but I am not sure this is necessary.
