update: - changed the scene slitghtly to be less scripty on the troll - changed troll dialogue - troll factions - no crime faction - excluded Auriel's stuff from witch hunt, despite it has the daedric artifact keyword (in fact only the official daedric artifacts you obtain from the quests count now. bugs: - before you update, finish running tasks or let them expire - if you update, you need to change the variable for quest progress: set OrgFacVigQuestProgress to (0,1,2,3) 0 = None, 1 = Reunion, 2 = Hircine, 3 = Mine - set the amount of current (former sick) followers: set OrgFacVigQFollowerCount to (0,1,2) - the troll dialogue sometimes doesn't work, save/reload
Just saying, the quests I am adding at the moment are unique and not radiant. It takes a fair amount of time to get there, like starting the Dawnguard line and choosing a side. I fit those quests into the events of the vanilla story.
installed this mid-game. i could get patrol mission only once then nothing else triggers. what should i do to trigger another dialogue? because all of their lines are generic.
I'm using a mod to delay main quests and some side quests, so Dawnguard will start at level 30 instead of 10.
How ever, given the mod said we don't need to start Dawnguard to begin with it, so I went to the Beacon and did one patrol quest. Then I asked for another one, but it seem they have a time limit, so I failed to do this patrol.
I went back and asked for another patrol, and the NPC said the text, ok, yadda yadda, you go and I stay here, but the quest doesn't start. I asked again, but the quests just doesn't start, no patrol at all.
Is this bugged? If so, is there any solution? If there isn't, once the Dawnguard quest begins, will this patrolling bug prevent to go further in the Vigilant's questline?
I got as far as "A New Order" in the Dawnguard questline, but the Keeper at the Beacon on Stendarr doesn't speak, except for some rote lines. The Hall of the Vigilant is indeed destroyed, because I checked. How do I start this quest? Is there something else to do?
Runs fine for me, pls tell me if you run into any issues and Ill try to resolve them. May even attempt to expand on the core features as modding practice.
