This is Lokkara, a custom NPC Vampire follower. For those who know Skyrim well, a clue to her whereabouts are in the images above.
Lokkara is an Orc Vampire and will serve you well. She should work with any follower and horse mods as I have tested her with all of the most popular ones. In version 1, her head and hair textures are all self contained so there are no requirements other than Dawnguard. In version 2, she will use whatever texture mod you have installed or will default to the vanilla 'ugly' vampire look. A big thankyou must go to the authors of Better Females by Bella and ApachiiHair.
Lokkara is a standalone follower mod, but if you would like a group of vampires to fight along side you and Lokkara, then please check out my other mods - 'Custom Vampire NPC Followers' and 'Morowyn - A Vampire Follower'.
