I like the idea, but thought he had it backwards. I felt you'd need less of a better potion rather than more. So my weights are:
Deficient: 0.51
Faint: 0.42
Fair: 0.33
Good: 0.24
Supreme: 0.16
Selfmade: 0.24

Also I felt that Requiem diminishes the effect of Resist potions. If 75% is Fair what would be Good and Supreme? So I raised the labels up one, with matching weights:
25% Faint
50% Fair
75% Good.
