Lolla Borne is a beautiful Nord. She reached level 134 by playing legendary perks. (Check the images.)
She sided with the Imperials in the war.
The images will tell you which quests were completed.
She tried to avoid radiant quests, but there were a few she had to complete.
She didn't start the quest Innocence Lost, because that is up to you how you wish for her to proceed.
To find Esbern she spoke to the Argonian bartender in The Bee and Barb. This means you can decide whether you join the thieves guild.
If you do join, the secret room in the Leveler's Tower has buttons that teleport you directly to all the Stones of Barenziah.

All Houses owned.
Treasure maps not used.
Collected all dragon priest masks.
The Bonds of Matrimony not done.
I would not Kill Paarthurnax.
All the Spell Books found are in the living room.
Not all ingredient effects known, just enough to reach 100. There are many ingredients left in pots in the basement if you wish to make the skill legendary.
Sided with the Dawnguard to kill the Vampires. The Dawnguard will still want quests to be done.

I didn't do the quest in regard to the Retaking Thirsk or The chief of Thirsk Hall.
