Perks greatly increase one hand, two hand, bow, and shield damage and block %

Have you ever felt like adjusting game difficulty to make the game more realistic just never seems to work. Either you hit too hard and they are too weak or they hit too hard and you are the one who is too weak. This Mod changes the Armsman, Barbarian, Overdraw, and Shield block perks. The weapons scale from 100% more damage >>> 150% more damage >>> 175% more damage >>> 190% more damage >>> 200% more damage.
Shield block scales 50% blocked >>> 75% blocked >>> 90% blocked >>> 95% blocked >>> 100%
It has always disturbed me to watch a game where fighters exchange blow after blow. Real combat relies on blocking or dodging. Armor is just there to give you a second chance if you fail to do either of the two. The stakes are higher for you and for them.
