  exmakeup.esp must included after racemenu.esm.
  Paints contained in tab "face paints". It's default disabled. Try install optional nioverride.ini.
  Also paints maybe don't load. Try disable other mods with additional paints.

  I have too some time this problem, when paints from similar mods does not load.
