This is a modder's resource to be used in future new lands mods and the heightmap size 4096x4096. however the heightmap does not have LOD (sorry) if you see any gaps made by the heightmap you can do two things 1. cover it up with a game asset 2. Use the landscape tool and use soften then apply, it will fix any gaps.
