No, there are conflicts with the docks district Holds adds is my understanding. I haven't checked that mod in some time so this may/may not have changed.
There is a bug where lights glow green in the enb environment. Below I saw a conversation with the n555. Doesn't this mode use normal Skyrim lights? Can you provide a fixed version?
I won't be making any ENB specific versions for any mods as I do not use ENB at all when I play Skyrim. The lighting is made for and works fine with standard Skyrim lighting.
I checked the plugin file with tes5edit and found that the B value is 0 in the RGB value of the brazier light you have installed. You say it's standard? To be honest , I don't think so. If you look at the values of other lights, there is no such extreme case where one color is set to 0. In the end, it was solved neatly with a simple numerical adjustment. Instead of being so arrogant, wouldn't it be nice if you gave me a little knowledge? I respect you as the creator of this awesome mod. But I also felt when I saw the conversations with other people below, but you are really arrogant.
This mod is still my favorite solitude add-on to date. Everytime I pass under the arch without this mod I am reminded in what I am missing out on. 11/10.
before i install this does anyone know if NPCs use it and dont run into walls or do stupid s***? this is actually functional and the npcs use it to do their daily tasks? Are there guards posted? How immersive is this? I am an immersion junky :3
Well I like to think it's very immersive but opinions will differ I suppose. As for your questions, answers are found in the description and/or screenshots but briefly NPCs should have no issues using the Skyway and yes there are guards posted in various locations both random wanderers and formal patrols.
This mod is just a standard esp so you should have no problems opening it up in the creation kit, there is something wrong with how you're doing it or your install of the CK if you can't open the file.
you probably need to enable multiple masters in the creation kit ini... skyrimeditor.ini is the name of the file iirc then you set bEnableMultipleMasters (or something similar) to 1... just a guess

As for Real Shelter what patch are you talking about? No patch was ever made to my knowledge so if one exists I don't know how/why it isn't working for you.
I was talking about the tes5edit patch coming with the original mod, and I later realized that this patch is for weather mods not for building mods. I then checked the real shelter page and the patch collection page and yes there's no such patch made yet, if I ever find one I'll link it here. Thank you for the great mod!
