- better navmesh cleaning with the latest version of TES5Edit
- moved some lights so they more closely conform to their sources
- reduced the radius and intensity of some brazier lights to cut down on mesh flickering and other lighting issues
- increased guard wander radius slightly to better cover the ends of the Skyway
- altered the havoc behavior for many food and clutter items to reduce physics explosions when the cells load
- added some collision markers to attempt to prevent NPC falling deaths due to poor loading of ground statics
- added a vendor that will offer drinks and sweets for your elevated fine dining
