Kind of busy working on my others mods so I didnt have enough time to touch this one sorry, I will try to at least tweak some minor things like adding more idles to the executioners or make the execution scene a little better, maybe add more options to execute other npcs and not just bandits, we will see.

Followed every condition to the letter, but the decapitation script doesn't trigger after all... they just stands there like mannequins staring at each other from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM lol

That dagger/allowing you to arrest bandits is the closest thing to what I'm looking for that I've found yet... So close. I just want a way to arrest a bandit and put them in prison, or arrest bounty targets without killing them. Potentially make them indebted to you for sparing them, or just let em go if you think they've learned their lesson. Also trying to find an immersive, "respectful" way of dealing with the remains of deceased NPC's. A power to replace a body with a burial urn (fade to black for 1 in game hour or something while you 'prepare' the body. Require linens and embalming tool. Or more interactive like Hunting in Skyrim's skinning system), or collect the remains and bring them to a priest of Arkay and come back later and find a generic burial urn you can take or let them store for you, and a scatter ashes option for urns. Farewell a friend on the top of the Throat of The World. Clean up Your Corpses mod had some really messed up possibilities. Only liked the Pyre and burial options. I don't think hitting a body with the object to play an action is as immersive as equipping an item and activating an ability/power however. Wish I knew advanced modding.
You should try the defeat or summit mods, they kind of do what you want and more i guess lol.
I remember I saw a mod (cant remember the name) that put dead npcs in coffins then in your inventory, you were able to drop them and use them later for necromancy, it was a really cool idea it may work for you too.
I dont even use sex mods, but SexLab defeat has a system that lets you knock out enemies while sneaking behind them, then you can tie them up and put them in a sack and carry them wherever you want and drop them on the ground and they're still tied up
I've been having lots of fun with Dread Prison. Great place to put people you don't like but don't necessarily want to kill- though you can send non-essential NPC's to the axeman's block. There's two large cell blocks plus a max security wing, a tower not too far from Whiterun with 2 cells and a prison ship that can move around locations in the sea of ghosts (fast travel method only). Also has an armory, a smith and a master bedroom and display mannequins so it doubles as a player home. Also has an arena you can send the prisoners to fight various creatures you can spawn. Also a mine you can assign prisoners to where they endlessly toil to fill a chest for you with ingots and ore. You arrest, take items and move prisoners around with spells, also you get a teleport spell that you can use to get around the prison faster as it's fairly large but easy to navigate without it once you know where everything is.
