if you can develop it, i have some ideas, for example masks for other faces, craftable every famous person face mask and than you wear it, everyone thinks you are he or she. would be cool

really good stealth mod. i can say even more, it is second best (if not first) sneak mod i have ever seen. you deserve more attention and keep developing it, i can say, it will be first mod i believe.. Even it is little bit hard to play with your mod, skyrim was not such fun for me before. thanks to you.

I'm getting this issue whenever i enter a cell (cave, dungeons, and even just in the wilds) enemies tend to detect me from a mile a way even with sneak & muffled enchantment on my gear. (it as well messes up any conversation from most of the quest's NPC i'm talking to by getting alerted from an enemy from hundred yards away to my location that's getting aggro with my presence)

If i entered it while sneaking, it's just fine, but by the moment i simply stand up, ALL the enemies within that area now already known my presence.
Let alone entering those places while standing up.

I have tried with this MOD installed with whether with max rank or unranked Sneak tree, the problem still the same.
I did with the MOD not activate with unranked Sneak tree, enemies never notice my presence even when i stand up from sneaking behind cover.

The movement/stamina utilities while sneaking is very convenient but being be known my presence from a far by any hostile npc seems kinda overkill

I submitted two gifs (UNMODDED Skyrim with only your MOD is on) of what it looks like with your MOD on if i stand up while sneaking from far away from enemies then being be known that i was there.

During your testing of max sneak, were the perks taken?
I can see how I overlooked something like that. I usually never leave the sneak state when in a dungeon so during my testing I only tested while sneaking to see how it plays. As for the muffle, it was nerfed in the mod. I think you need 3 pieces of gear to achieve 100% muffled.
You're right, it is a bit overkill. Until reaching level 50 and some perks smooth things out in terms of difficulty curve. As long as you stay in sneak and follow the recommendations there shouldn't be much of a problem.
Try testing with level 60 sneak and all possible perks up to that level to see if it occurs. I'm surprised I did so little testing while standing. I'm sure I would've have done at least some but with perks.

I submitted last 6 gifs showing max vanilla sneak and the modded with same enchanted gear & scenarios, guess this mod truly blessed Skyrim NPCs with super human intuition
I just don't get there's this "certain range" that if i walked in neither far behind their backs or in cover, they're now all on alert mode.
Must be too hardcore for me.

Sorry man, I don't know how I never tested non sneak mode.
I don't really know that I can fix it since all the testing was done to work a certain way without taking into account for walking or standing. I'll add a disclaimer that requires the player to be sneaking most of the time. If you've used tes5edit, you can quickly remove all the character values.

There's a bug in version 1.1, it didn't trigger after 60+ hours of playing but with a new playthrough where my character wasn't focused on the skill tree, the bug occurred.
I fixed it a few weeks back but I can't remember which file I edited so I'll have to repack and upload the whole thing. No one has mentioned it so it's likely to be uncommon. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    hi
I saw this mod via mod request page and I thank you for that, would be best if you could somehow make stuff modular, since many included myself can't overhaul with big changes like this, for example I need hearbeat only for now and in future perhaps something else, would be great if you considered this

    best and tracking you

If you put it high in the load order other mods will override the changes and then you can console it in. For example, you use another mod that overhauls stealth and you use ordinator. Your list should be something like:
Skyrim and other important mods first
      ...
      ...
      Sneak Tree Overhaul
      ...
      Ordinator
      ...
      ...
      Other stealth overhaul

dang, i want some of those nifty gadgets, but i'm mid game using another perk mod (SPERG) and i'm afraid your perks might conflict.
1--do u change existing perks or just add new ones? think it'd be safe to use mid playthru?
2--oh and does the sneak gem take up a weapon slot?
3--would this conflict with Sneak Tools mod?

maybe split this mod into 2. perks and gadgets

      1. Most are new but the but there are some edits. You should get away with loading my mod after SPERG but it won't be balanced as intended. I recommend re-perking and then install STO after SPERG and disable any sneak modification it does, if any.
      2. You've got to hold it with your left hand, so yes, it takes up a weapon slot.
      3. It might conflict with some things like fire and water arrows and balancing.

I might if I get back into modding but that's unlikely. What you could do for the gadgets is add the perks via console and then talk to the vendor. He'll sell you anything as long as you've technically got the required perks. Alternatively you could open the CK and remove the requirements. You'll have to load SPERG before my mod though.
