I am learning how to use the creation kit so I thought I would start with something relatively easy. I have added three new wives.

#1: Ruma - A Highelf guard in Windhelm. She was raised by Nords near Windhelm after her parents were killed. Ashamed of the way the Dominion treats the people of Skyrim she wanted to help in some way so she joined the guards to protect Windhelm and Ulfric.

That is just my story for her anyway. No story in game. She can be found in the Windhelm Marketplace.

#2: Shargra - An Orc located in the Drunken Huntsman in Whiterun.

#3: Una - A Woodelf located in the Bannered Mare in Whiterun.

#4: Zanita - A Khajiit located at the Bee an Barb in Riften. This is an optional file.

Nothing fancy just talk to them with an Amulet of Mara. I used vanilla everything so no other mods required.
