Mod was requested by faffman, and removes projectiles from all of the aimed illusion spells in vanilla. Single target spells use Target Actor, aimed area spells use Target Location.

Apprentice- 60
Adept        - 70
Expert       - 80

Suggested:
Novice      - 90
Apprentice- 100
Adept        - 110
Expert       - 120

Doubled:
Novice      - 100
Apprentice- 120
Adept        - 140
Expert       - 160

Please let me know if any spell doesn't work. If any other mod uses the vanilla effects they should be unaffected, as I duplicated the original effects and altered only those.
