Question: the ETaC patch says says it uses ETaC complete as a master as well as all the loose files. But on the ETaC page it says never use them together. So should I just 1) activate both just to 2) open TES5Edit and 3) remove the loose files as master (since I'm using the complete version)? - Then disable the 14.3.1 version?
I will be waiting patiently for Campfire support, and it woul be amazing if Tentapalooza could be done aswell. I might look into the guide for how to make it yourself, but I don't have the time atm.
You can make realshelter work with frostfall tents if you get that earlier legacy version, the info is on the real shelter main page. If you can reverse engineer that, there is a definite possibility you could make real shelter work with the current campfire and tentapalooza. Would be kinda cool, I miss all the cool campfire stuff but the legacy frostfall stuff works well enough.
I noticed that Dawn of Skyrim patch is not compatible with Directors cut version of Dawn of Skyrim. Would be cool if you made a patch that works with DC. Thank you
Any chance you could add a patch for Woodman's Shack? I'm a complete technical idiot...I was lost on the first word of your tutorial, "emulsify", if that relays the degree my technical illiteracy. Thanks for the great mod!
An emulsion is a mixture of two or more liquids that are normally immiscible.
immiscible: Incapable of being mixed or blended together.
I get it, modding is kinda scary, but you'd be surprised what you can accomplish if you push through it. If you want it badly enough, eventually you will bite the bullet and you WILL get there, we believe in you!!
I didnt know what emulsify meant either - Google is great. I would LOVE if this author made a patch for Shelter for the Weak and Hidden Hideouts (although i dont know if any of these have outer cell shelter because I havent found them all and refuse to cheat by looking at the mod page!). However, I dont know if im desperate enough for a patch that I will make one myself yet lol YET :)

If you want a Real Shelter patch for a mod, you should try making it yourself in the CK as that's going to be quicker than waiting for me to do it.
You make a box, add an xmarker and add rain statics.
Then you hook them up.
That's all there is to it.

I've uploaded a patch that always makes the rain default to the 2nd texture, the best one IMO
I've also uploaded a file that removes the smoke effect from the sheltered snow weather.
open RSPatcher.tes5pas with Notepad++,
cntl+f 3.1,
if Pos('3.1.',tempS) = 0 then begin
change the 3.1. to 3.2 or whatever version of Tes5 you are currently using.
hit save.
