Deleted/moved a few resources that were interfering with other mods...not worth making a patches
Removed the optional SFCO Patches from the main installer and added to an optional SFCO Patches mod. Will be much easier to manage patches this way without having to re-download the entire main file every time I add/change a patch.

- Simplified the file path scheme for those having issues with too long file path in Win 73
- Used an older version of 7zip for people having issues downloading my file that was made using the newest 7zip
- Added new compatibility patches for Interesting NPCs, Legacy of the Dragonborn, and No Exteriors to the installer, and updated a few of the other patches.
- Improved normals and textures for imperial banners.
- Added a handful of custom animated tapestries, and new converted meshes for weapon racks (so can match YOUR noble furniture)
- Fixed a few positioning/environmental issues on the main plugin
