Hi. I use Patrician ENB. It uses the assets from VM (not the esp) with NLVA controlling everything. Which file would I download? Does the VM file check for the esp? Or is the vanilla ok?

    Thanks....

Posting this just in case someone else uses this ENB or another that only uses the assets of VM (only). The vanilla version works fine. This house only has a small leak on the corner wall. Which kind of makes sense considering how open the house is.

Thanks Cynndal for a great house.

Any chance you'll be porting this and/or the Falkreath Treehouse to SSE? My bosmer longs for her treehouse again!

I’ve got all four of your small exterior player home mods and absolutely love them. <3 They fit seamlessly into the game world and look like they should have been there all along. I like that each of them might have a couple of ‘perks’ like a shrine or crafting station but none of them have all the stations, making them seem realistic and not overpowered. I especially love the activators and the see-through windows. The large pane glass windows on the Riften Fishing Shack give a breathtaking view of the lake. <3 Thank you for these wonderful player home mods. They will remain in my permanent load order for my characters. Endorsed!

Just a quick question - starting a new play through and I can't recall if all storage/dresser and containers are safe (no-respawn) ?

    Thanks again

Really good mod! Going to be using this a lot. One small thing, I and many others use Wet Cold by ISOKU. An well the drip affect still takes place inside the Fishing Shack. Anyway you can fox this? I know I could just turn the drips off/on when I enter/leave the shack in the rain but that gets annoying after a time.
    Thanks

Sadly, there's nothing I can do about that - the game considers you to be "outside" when you're in the shack. I usually just leave the water drips turned off, but I know that's not a great solution.

Well thanks anyway. Yea, I'll leave the drips off.

I have a question, I use True Storms mod. Will rain go through the house, since you don't seem to have a patch for it?

I don't think the rain will go through the house, but I'm not 100% sure...if you try it out, let me know!

Just discovered your player homes very recently after coming back to Skyrim from Fallout 4, and I'm very glad that I did! I'm so grateful that there are Skyrim modders around.

I consider your player homes modern player-home gems, and this one is my favourite of all of them. I have a personal affinity for Riften, mainly because of the Rift's autumnal climate. This shack is just perfect for location, view and great for role-playing for many types of characters.

I really do love residing here, so thank you!

Here's to hoping that you keep creating many more wonderful homes!

    No pressure!

      Thank you!

I am almost finished with a new house, and should have it uploaded this weekend, although it won't be 'open/no-loading-screen' like most of my others.

Really cozy looking house! i might get the fishing mod just because of this lol. One question though, is it compatible with Purity?

This is a beautiful house, and I would love to use it more but I have a slight problem.
My follower doesn't seem to recognise the house as an area. They simply run around in the water underneath the house trying to follow me. Teleporting them just spawns them below the house.

Thank you for the lovely home though!

Try moving this mod to the bottom of your load order and see if that helps. If not, let me know and I'll take a look at it tonight.

Aha, thank you, moving the mod nearer the bottom (though not to the very bottom, some other mods would get unhappy at that!) has seemed to fix this problem.
      Thanks once again!
