Hysteric is The Daedric Prince of Hysteria and Lies. He is close Allies with Sheogorath and enemies with Boethiah and Molag Bal. Hysteric is a Khajiit Daedric Prince. He is worshipped by most Khajiit but some outside their race. He may have ties why the Dwemer poisoned the Snow Elves because the Dwemer lied to keep the Snow Elves safe. Hysteric is known to manipulate the species with a certain limit.
