Since the permissions on this mod are open, I'd ported it to SSE here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22868

Was a little tedious opening/saving all the ESPs, but it's done + done.

I really like this sound mod. It is useful if you do not use the markers and or simply use the Glow or Sound FX. I use the Sound FX and I like the tinkling sound, it sounds somewhat like glass or crystal being pinged. It also has a magical quality to it as well so it is not a recognizable Vanilla Oldrim sound and it works nicely along with Audio Overhaul 2.

Definitely Endorsed and Kudos for a cool idea too. It sounds better customized than it would with a vanilla sound substitute in my opinion.

    Thank you!

    glow by script? But why...
You can add a glow-map via ck on the gem texture

I'm no good when it comes to modifying nif objects. The script is harmless though, it just adds a light source when the gem loads in, then removes it when the gem is picked up.

Brilliant! This is such a no-brainer. So glad you made this.

Any chance you could make a version with lower volume? The chimes seem a little loud to be on someone's nightstand while they're sleeping...

I can release a patch for that. It will only need to be a replacer .esp and will only take two seconds. Stay tuned

EDIT: Nexus is giving me issues when I try to upload files. I'll do it as soon as possible.

To be a Dragonborn means that all the glory is yours, which also means all the headaches are yours also. I just imagine that only the player character can hear that.

Very nice mod, simple touch, yet makes missing them pretty hard! Thanks!

I'd love to have a version with a music sample from this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6yLjsWTNeE

Thank you. And Sorry I'm no longer taking requests. However if you wanted to make a custom version, all you need to do is replace the two sound files with which ever sound clips you'd like, as long as they're .wav files and are saved as the same name.
