A small fix for T3nd0's Perkus Maximus version 1.6. Rolls back the Wayfarer skill gain to be similar to that in previous versions (and thus function while not on horseback.) May not be balanced with the current Perkus Maximus, but you can adjust lockpicking skill experience in SkyTweak to adjust it to your liking. Must be placed under Perma in load order.
