I use Argonian Reptilian Feet, Grimoa's Plantigrade Feet, and FemFeet Redesigned to handle all my foot needs. The problem is that even with the patch that allows ARF to work with GPF, not all the changes are carried over properly. Both plugins are also old and don't carry forward changes from USLEEP, WAF, and CCF which I view as necessary fixes.
This patch REQUIRES Argonian Reptilian Feet and Grimoa's Plantigrade Feet. You do not need the extra patch on the ARF page as my patch does that already, but it's not going to hurt anything as long as my patch is loaded afterwards. You also do not need the mothpriest weight slider patch from FemFeet Redesigned if you happen to use that mod as well.
The following mods are NOT required, but the changes they make are carried forward in the records of my patch:
