    Hello guys,

I've read a lot of you wanted the author of this mod to support the new KS hairstyles implemented in the last updates. I'm going to explain (the best I can) how can you do it by yourselves:

1- Make sure you have permisson to work with the KS Hairdos files - you don't break the terms of usage.

2- Select the KS hairstyle you wish to add breast weight paint to an hairstyle:

-Find your KS location, copy the hair.nif and the HI / HL.nif (eg: example.nif and exampleHL.nif) and paste into your desktop (or any location of your choice).

3- Download and install Bodyslide and Outfit Studio from nexusmods (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49015?tab=description).

4- Adding breast weight paint to your hairstyle:

-Open Outfit Studio (either from the installation folder or by opening Bodyslide, then selecting the "Outfit Studio" box at the bottom right corner).
-Click on "File", drag your mouse to "Import", then click "From NIF...", then choose one of the two nif files you've pasted.
-Head to the top right corner and choose "Bones", then right click the grey box and select "Add" > "From Skeleton...", then click on the tiny squares of "NPC Root" > "NPC COM" > "NPC Spine" > "NPC Spine 1" > "NPC Spine 2" > "Breast" > "NPC L PreBreast", then select "NPC L Breast" and click "OK". Repeat same for "NPC R Breast".
-Now select NPC L Breast, then mark "Fixed Weight Brush", then open the "Brush Settings" and set "Strength" to a higher value (between 1 and 2 could be fine; play with the slider however you prefer).
-Brush the hairstyle at the left breast side from the very bottom to slightly above where the breast should be at.
-Select NPC R Breast and repeat for the right Breast. UPDATE: if both NPC R and L hair parts are identical, you can just select NPC R Breast as a mirror bone before brushing the NPC L Breast part and so this step will be automatically done.
-Lower the "Strenght" and "Size" values and give a more polished touch to the top of the painting for both NPC L and R Breast bones.
-Head to "File", drag your mouse to "Export" and choose "To NIF". Replace the .nif file you imported first.
-Repeat the same proccess for the other .nif file (the HL/HI). Do not just export and replace both files with just the first import or your Hairstyle will look half-transparent ingame. UPDATE FROM THE FUTURE: you could try to replace the HI-HL file with the first project if you open NifSkope and replace the NiAlphaProperty's "Flag" and "Threshold" values from the ones you can find in the original HI-HL file, although I personally haven't tested this method.

5- Implement your breast weight painted hairstyle to the game:

-Drag both .nif files to your "KS Hairdos - Renewal Breast weight painted Hair" .nif files' folder (KS Hairdos - Renewal Breast Weight Painted Hair\Meshes\KS Hairdo's).

    ----

If everything has been done correctly, the hairstyle you chose should be now breast weight painted. I hope this helps you. If the hair looks semi-transparent, perharps you accidently exported your .nif files to the wrong file (HL to non HL or viceversa). If the hair isn't properly displayed (the mesh now looks different), it's most likely you worked on dirty .nif files. The original .nif files shouldn't include any NPC Breast L or R bones. Instead, it's added during the step 4. Those are the only bones we're working on when breast weight painting them.

Great mod but I have the newest version of KS Hairdos, and a lot of the hairs aren't in this mod. Would there be any chance of this being updated to the newest version of KS Hairdos.

Nevermind  just noticed they have been banned, what a shame would like this for the new hairs.

Old mod...still works great. Keeps long KS hairs pasted to bouncing boobs like industrial grade super glue. No more clipping!

I use CBBE HDT NeverNude do I need to install the original file plus the full bounce kit alongside it in order for this to work properly?

    Great mod/idea!
It says it works on female NPCs, but how do I get them to use these hairstyles? Can I replace the hairstyles in KS Hairdos Female NPC Overhaul? Is there a way to use these with NPC replacer mods, like Bijin for example?

You would have to manually replace the hair and hairline files for each npc in that mod with the ones from this mod. It's possible but time consuming.

there is a SSE version of the original mod, i used that and manually converted the meshes with Nif optimizer, and things seem to work fine.

When I used the mod, my eyebrows like completely disappeared, (I used true brows, etc.) even my regular skyrim brows I couldn't see or bring up in showracemenu.
    I mean like none.
I like this mod, does anybody know why this is happening? -not sure if this is a bug or not-- I do use uunp body
