Luna was born into the world of Skyrim, as a descendant from an ancient Elven tribe, even long before the now extinct snow elves.

Being last of her tribe no one knows how she came into existence. However, the reappearance of the Dragons and connection to the Dragonborn might have had something to do with it.

As a kid. Luna had no clue about her hidden powers, but as she grew older, more tattoo's started appearing all over her body. These were no normal tattoo's, but a sign of her power awakening within herself. A power so dangerous that, when people learnt about it, they would surely destroy her on sight.

As she grew into an adult, the tattoo's started covering her whole face. Slowly, Luna started to notice that her powers were developing. The most difficult magical spells were no problem anymore and she possessed an almost inhuman strength.

This dark power that has been growing inside of her since her birth, is slowly awakening. Luna herself, after reaching her adult years, knew something was very wrong. She started fearing the change in her body as it was slowly trying to take over her will.

It was there she learned that she carried a great dark power within her that rivaled the Dragonborn. The tribe she belonged to was one older than the snow elves. As the Legends tell that the Dragonborn rises as a beacon of hope against the darkness, a being of Darkness also comes into the world. Alduin was thought to be that being. They were mistaken.

The future of Luna could be a violent one. A battle between the Dragonborn and her might be unavoidable. Will they become best of friends or will they become rivals? The future will tell�

Currently Luna has been in Skyrim for 23 years, which is her supposed age. Her dark powers inside her make her a very dangerous rival when she gets mad. The most difficult magic, necromancy and all-round fighting are skills she uses to destroy her enemies.

Luna�s playful personality gets her into trouble everywhere she goes. Her latest adventure brought her to the Temple of High Hrothgar to study the power of the voices.

The player will come across Luna as she breaks into High Hrothgar. Possibly to disturb those poor old priests yet again to steal the secret of their powers. Will the Dragonborn be able to handle Luna�s ever changing personality and convince her to team up..?

Race: Ningheim race.
Combat style: Master of deadly magic. Luna is extremely skilled in heavy magic spells, necromancy and all-round fighting.

The Dawnguard expansion is required due to Luna�s spells and magic;
The HDT Physics Extension mod is only needed if you want to use one of the HDT versions.



I N S T A L L A T I O N

Luna is a standalone follower. This means that there are no other mods required. You can simply download and install her using the Nexus Mod Manager.

Manual install
Not advised. However, in case you really want to, just unpack the files from the .zip file and put them in your data folder. Don't forget to activate the Luna.esp in your load order.

Where can I find Luna?
You will be able to find Luna inside the temple of High Hrothgar. You will have to climb the mountain to meet her (or just fast travel)!

In case you really want to recruit her, but you are not far enough in the story yet to enter High Hrothgar, use the console and type in 'unlock' against the locked door to get in, recruit Luna, and continue on your journey.

Luna disappeared and I can�t find her anymore?
Luna is a very playful girl. She can sometimes turn herself completely invisible to fool the player...

Seriously speaking, though, as far as we know, this is likely caused by her HDT hair. This, of course, only applies to the HDT versions.

When you meet Luna, She will be carrying a 'summon Luna' spellbook with her which will give you a unique summoning spell to summon her at will. This could prove useful in case she dissapears. To permanently fix this issue, take her HDT wig off of her and then give it back to her. This should fix the problem.

I don�t like the HDT hair and/or the piercing, they clip a lot.
The HDT hair on Luna is a wig to make the HDT hair possible. You can unequip the HDT hair whenever you want so she has static hair. You could also just download the Non-HDT version.

Same goes for the piercing. You can unequip the piercing if you don�t like it.

I want to change Luna to a different body type?
Like most custom followers this mod has a Meshes folder and a Textures folder. The first contains the shape, the latter what you see on that shape (the skin itself). If you want to replace the body type copy the .nif files of your body type to the folder Meshes\actors\character\Luna. You can find the .nif files in a similar Meshes folder in the archive of your body type mod. If you want to change textures copy the texture .dds files of you choice to the folder Textures\Actors\character\Luna\Body1. In all instances you should overwrite only the existing files of this mod, thus replacing them with your own. Likewise as with the meshes, the mod you use for body textures will have a Textures folder with the .dds files in it. Keep in mind that body meshes and textures must be of the same kind.
