Description
SPERG - Skyrim Perk Enhancements and Rebalanced Gameplay by seorin
is my favorite perk overhaul for Skyrim. It seamlessly lets you level, and every single perk you can pick does something for your playstyle. It just feels right.
Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim by Enai Siaion came out later, and it adds a whole bunch of amazing perks that can make you play in much more styles than just running at the enemy and hitting them with your sword. Some of the perks included are absolutely amazing, and I wished that there was a way to get both of them at once.
SPERG-Ordinator-Combined by Kemott11 answered my prayers. It includes some of the best perks of Ordinator and adds them to the trees included in SPERG in a reasonable manner. It was the best of both worlds. But there was one tree that always had a small issue.
Alchemy was changed by Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul by kryptopyr. Some of the new recipes included in the mod need specific CACO perks. They are not vanilla friendly, and SPERG-Ordinator combined does not include the perks that CACO adds.

Overall, the perks included in CACO are pretty lackluster, and the really good ones are the ones that let you craft new recipes.
I decided to go through most of the recipes and change them to require SPERG perks instead. I changed the description of the perks I changed accordingly. They are not auto-perks.

The perks changed are as follows:
Troll Blood (30) - Plague Doctor
Surgeon (80) - Anatomist
Knowledge Seeker (90) - The Great Work
Purity (100) - Ultimate Alchemist

Of all the perks, Surgeon got the most changes. The new Anatomist perk for the patch is the exact same as the Anatomist perk for CACO. The original surgeon perk included new items that dropped from enemies. CACO has their own system that I would prefer to use, as it's a compatibility patch, not a merged patch.

Plague Doctor got the ability to craft the poultices that the CACO perk "Physician" let you craft.
The Great Work got the ability to extract potions as well as some ingredients.
Ultimate Alchemist got the ability to craft the really good items that the "Catalyst" perk from CACO let you craft.

Installation
Install into your data folder. It is only a single .esp file.

Load Order
SPERG
Ordinator
Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul
SPERG-Ordinator
SPERG-Ordinator-CACO-Patch

LOOT would likely make the patch load before SPERG-Ordinator, as SPERG-Ordinator is not a master. Nor is Ordinator. Only SPERG and CACO are considered masters. You can sort it manually in Mod Organizer, or use a user-added meta-data to make the mod load after the SPERG-Ordinator combined patch.

seorin for SPERG - Skyrim Perk Enhancements and Rebalanced Gameplay
EnaiSiaion for Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim
kemott11 for SPERG-Ordinator-Combined
kryptopyr for Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul
LittleRaskols for Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul Compatibility Patches for SPERG for making the compatibility patch for SPERG itself. Borrowed a tiny idea from his mod and integrated it into mine.
ServantOfSin for CACO-Ordinatored for making a patch for CACO and Ordinator users.

Notes
The optional file has a few changes.
The recipes have been removed from their original perks. They are now part of the automatic perks. You will get them when you level up Alchemy, instead of needing to choose them yourself.
Surgeon has been restored to the original version, as well as having the extra items that come with CACO for the Anatomist perk. It's basically both perks in one. Description has been changed.

I will not be updating this mod for the special edition even if there will be a SPERG version made for Special Edition. I cannot run Special Edition and there is no point in me downloading 10GB just to update a mod.
