What it does?
Every NPC can be killed by you or anyone else.
Compatibility
Should be compatible with everything. It doesn't actually modify any NPCs so you can install or uninstall mid-playthrough. If you are using Requiem you may get a vague message saying something about disturbance in the force. To get rid of it open MCM for Requiem, go under "Combat" and re-enable "Essential actors invincible". You can still kill the NPCs with my mod, it just gets rid of the message.
What's the difference between this and INI setting?
This allows killing children too.

It's SKSE plugin only, no ESP. Requires SKSE and latest Skyrim version. Source code is also available to download.
