   Well she is nice but way to talkative for my taste. Is there a way to shut her up or at least reduce her singing and talking? Her voice is also to loud. When she starts singing, you can't understand what other npc's are saying.

   Not sure why but she makes me CTD whenever I enter the Inn that she is located in. Could be UFO, but might not be - not too sure. Uninstalled her and my CTDs went away and allowed me to use the Inn without any issues.

    Can the Player get healed by drinking from Neisa's titty-bags or is she a standard issue Dairy cow?
    
    These followers should be placed in along the roads as Whiterun locations
    have too many overlapping mods associated with it that can cause
    problems.
