Noldor Content Pack - High Profile Thalmor is a rework of Maty743's "Noldor Content Pack" original file, with stats and name changes, to fit into the lore of the Elder Scrolls as well as distributed to high ranking NPCs. I have balanced the gear to coincide with Weapons and Armor Fixes Remade (WAFR), as well as inserted the proper keywords and globals. There is now only one tier for each weapon & Armor item, instead of two (which makes sense given they were just copies of each other). You can find them on four select, high-ranking Thalmor. At some point in the game, each of these items can be acquired, either from loot or from the NPC's inventory. There are a few items stowed away in locked chests which are placed in logical locations relating to the NPC who owns the gear.

All items are craftable, but to craft this faction gear you must meet perk requirements and complete Thalmor related quests. Think of this as a Morrowloot-like integration or Morrowind style implementation. More challenge = more reward!

Items: Every weapon, armor, and ammo from the original mod is included.
Stats: Similar to glass armor and weapons.
New names: Royal Elven __
Given to whom and where are the chests? Look to the highest ranking Thalmor in the game and where they reside... Elenwen and the others :)

I've been on the nexus for a couple years now and have tinkered with various mods here and there. I've posted a couple files already to the author's of "Your Own Thoughts" and "Pizzamania" - just little files with improvement and compatibility tweaks - Go check out those mods! - Anyway, I plan on doing some more in the future so keep watch if you're interested.
