It's actually the Shrine of Zenithar where you find this sword, not the Shrine of Stendar!

Is it? I'm too lazy to check but if that's the case, whoops!

Yes Billy the Shrine of Stendar is indeed at the foot of that mountain west of Whiterun but the Shrine of Zenithar is actually where the sword is in the Old Ruin which is across the plain from Stendar's Shrine, not soo much as wrong place but more likely right shrine wrong name LOL! They are easy to get mixed up ... But anyways a great sword, see what I did there ... no ... ok I'll get me coat!

Mine appears very dark. Perhaps a graphics or lighting overhaul is messing with it?

Doesn't that cause a higher risk of CTD?

If you use a Oldrim mod with SSE, there are some risk of CTD caused by incompatible meshes. And perhaps some issues with the esp form. But it's not always the case, so you take a risk.
I don't know what happen if you try to use an SSE mod with Oldrim (I only have SSE).

If you play SSE and want to have this claymore, you can use one of the conversion I made.

Hey guys, if anyone is on. i'm looking for someone who can create a scottish claymore for Fallout 3. I've noticed that there is only one good two handed sword mod for F3 and FNV has a few good ones. If you guys know anyone good that create a custom weapon from scratch, and is willing to do it. message me. thanks. Its just because of the lack of a good scottish claymore in the fallout series

A really beautiful sword. One question, what animation mod did you use for picture number 3?

This is a beautiful sword. For those saying it is too thin, while it "says" Claymore, a traditional 2-handed sword, it could possibly actually be a Bastard Sword. Bastard Swords were often wielded 2-handed, but they were thinner and a little lighter so that they could be used 1-handed as well.
