Warning!
This mod is still in alpha (aka not fully functional) and uses scripts heavily (if you don't know what that means, don't download this mod). Some things may be lacking and bugs are a possibility. Any problems this mod causes should be mentioned in the posts on this mod's page. A list of known bugs will be provided below.

This mod adds several new abilities to the player if they are a vampire drawn from other fiction (such as True Blood and The Originals) such as compulsion, daylight rings, calling progeny, etc. It is not a full overhaul and should, at least in principle, be compatible with other vampire mods (a list of known comatibilities or incompatibilities can be found below). This mod attempts to retain balance in its new abilities, but your mileage may vary on how successfully it does so.
In the future I may add an MCM menu to allow custom balancing for players, though currently no such menu exists.

I also invite anyone to tell my of other powers from vampire lore you might wish to see in this mod.

If you like this mod (and maybe some of my others), please consider supporting me on Patreon. I would love any and all support.

This is the ability to control the minds of others through a set of new dialogue options. Every NPC should have the dialogue option "Look into my eyes... (Compulsion)" as soon as you become a vampire, it is through using this dialogue option that you can access all compulsion options. The higher your total level and vampirism stage, the more options are available. The higher your illusion skill, the faster compulsion recharges (though individual commands also have their own recharge times which don't change).
At the lowest level of Illusion compulsion requires a 24 hour recharge, from level 25-50 it requires a 12 hour recharge, from level 50-75 a 6 hour recharge, from level 75-99 a 3 hour recharge and at level 100 a 1 hour recharge. In addition "Master of the Mind" perk allows you to also use this ability on other vampires.
People wearing or carrying holy symbols (like an amulet of arkay) cannot be compelled even with the "Master of the Mind" perk.
The following options are currently in the mod:
*Borrow Coin: The NPC will give you an amount of coin depending on your total level and the income level of the person being compelled (with beggars giving you the least, employed members like guards more, owners like innkeepers even more, important people like members of government even more than that and finally factions leaders like the jarl or archmage the most). Requires at least level 10 and stage 1 of vampirism. Recharges in 1 hour.
*Lower Prices: The NPC, if a merchant, will give you a 50% discount on all of his prices for a little while. Requires at least level 20 and stage 2 vampirism. Recharges in 3 hours.
*Steal Weapon: The NPC gives you his currently equipped weapon. Requires at least level 30 and stage 2 vampirism. Recharges in 6 hours.
*Unresponsive: Makes the NPC unresponsive to nearby attacks and theft. Requires at least level 40 and stage 3 vampirism. Recharges in 12 hours.
*Access Inventory: The NPC gives you free reign of his inventory. Requires at least level 50 and stage 3 vampirism. Recharges in 12 hours.
*Command: The NPC becomes a permanent follower of yours until you dismiss him. Requires at least level 60 and stage 4 vampirism. Recharges in 24 hours.
*Suicide: The NPC kills itself without you being held responsible. Requires at least level 70 and stage 4 of vampirism. Recharges in 24 hours.

This ability was inspired mostly by compulsion in The Vampire Diaries & The Originals which works in a similar way.

A daylight ring which protects you from the negative effects of the sun as long as you have it equipped in your ring slot. Currently it does not have any negative effects, however I may create an MCM menu which allows you to activate negative effects when wearing it (for balancing reasons).

It can be found in a location appropriate to the unique curiosity it is within the world of Skyrim.

Inspired by the daylight rings available to vampires in The Vampire Diaries & The Originals.

Allows you to turn people (with a relationship rank of 3 or more) into vampires by selecting the dialogue option "I'm going to give you the choice I never had." This marks marks them as your own progeny and from then on you can call them with a lesser power to whatever location you are at from wherever they are in the world. When you call your progeny they will also be set as an active follower.

You can turn up to 4 vampires: the first at level 20, the second at level 40, the third at level 60 and the fourth at level 80. If one of them dies you can currently not replace them (though eventually I plan to implement the ability to do this if you allow it in an MCM menu).

The vampires you turn currently are not yet fully functional as vampires (not yet doing things such as using vampire drain) but I do plan to implement this as well in the future.

Inspired by the ability of vampires to summon their progeny from any distance in True Blood. The dialogue option you use to turn someone is a reference to a line of dialogue uttered by Lestat in Interview with the Vampire.

Compatibility:
-Compatible with Dawnguard. Confirmed by theawsomeguy64.
-Compatible with Better Vampires. Confirmed by theawsomeguy64.
-Some degree of incompatibility with Vampire Thirst. Dialogue options show up but the compulsion scripts don't appear to work. Reported by thedarkone1047 and Asuke01.
